This pic is showing lady Macbeth sleepwalking I loved this part; it was a good way to get to know how her character really was!
Scene 1 in Act V sarted off with the Doctor and the Gentlewoman. The Gentle woman reported to the Doc that lady Macbeth had been sleepwalking and saying crazy things. The Doc wanted to know what the maid meant by this, the Gentelwoman said " That, sir, which I will not report after her." I think the reason the Gentelwoman didn't tell him right off is because crazy lady Macbeth was coming around the corner with her candle talking out of her head. "Out, damned spot! Out, I say! One: two: why, then ' tis time to do't. Hell is murky. Fie, my lord, fie! A soldier, and afeard? What need we fear who knows it, when none can call our pow'r to accompt? Yet who would have thought the old man to have had so much blood in him?". Lady Macbeth is finally feeling the pain, so bad that she thinks about it in her sleep. I htought this part was really good on expressing how she really is because at first I thought since she called the evil side out of her the murders wouldn't effect her at all; but look whatit's doing to her! She's actting like a looney toon. Lady Macbeth was so gone that she was also reliving the night when her husband had Banquo killed. " Wash your hands; put on your nightgown; look not so pale! I tell you yet again, Banquo's buried. He cannot come out on's grave." I guess Banquo's ghost was hunting her too,but only in her mind! Next the fights and more drama begins! Menteith say's " The English pow'r is near , led on by Malcolm, His uncle Siward and the good Macduff. Revenges burn in them; for their dear causes would to the bleeding and the grim alarm Excite the mortified man." This part i have added let me know that they was ready for war with Macbeth. I think this a very good story either way it goes. even if i already know whats going to happen, i find myself wanting to know more it's that good! On the other hand Macbeth is still trying to play the i'm Mr Untouchable role and he really sucks at this. At first i was on his side, but now he's actting and getting to comfty. I feel like since the begining when he felt like he just had to make his future come true so quick he should have beeen trying to make sure that he wouldnt get killed! but nooo he thinks he's ok now and can't nothing harm him at all so; this time he dosen't work his self all up to do anything. Macbeth say's " I have almost forgot the taste of fears: The time has been, my senses would have cooled To hear a night-shriek, and my fell of hair would at a dismal treatise rouse and stir As life were in't. I have supped full with horrors. Direness, familiar to my slaughterous thoughts, Cannot once start me." As you can see Macbeth has the big head. Sorry to bust his bubble but his rain is like now over. In Act 4 the wicth god told him that " Macbeth shall never vanquished be until Great Birnam Wood to high Dunsinane Hill shall come against him." Macbeth didnt think that this would happen but little did he know that this would happen sooner then he thought.A messenger came to him and told him " As I did stand my watch upon the hill, I looked toward Birnam, and anon, methought, The wood began to move". Ha-ha wow i bet he tasted fear when heard that! Macbeth answers back with " Fear not, till Birnam Wood Do come to Dunsinane" He says alot more even if he knows that something is going wrong he still is stuck on the fact that he thinks that he can't be touched. So yeah he stiil is keeping his cool a little then a little boy decided to try him 1st that failed; and thinks since that failed Macbeth feels as if " for none of woman born shall harm him" That's what the witch god told him. Little did he know that Macduff wasn't born from his mother's whomb!!! This brought Macbeth back to earth when Macduff say's " Despair thy charm, And let the angel whom thou still has served Tell thee, Macduff was from his mother's womb Untimely ripped" I bet Macbeth mouth was wide open! They get into a fight and Macduff cut's off Macbeth head. Malcolm becomes king and gives a speech, and towards the end of his speech he let's everyone know that lady Macbeth took her own life" by self and violent hands Took off her life". That part hit me hard and it had me thinking, like why would she do this??? and this whole time i thougth she had no heart but she did Malcolm and his people a favor ha-ha i guess she did have a heart.
