Even if i have only 7hrs, it's better then nothing! I'm very thankful that Ive found someone, who would take time out to help me pass my class! My coach name is Chris. Chris is a UGA student here in Athens Ga. My friend Alie introduced him to me. Chris is very cool. I can't really recall the the day Chris came to Classic City to see me, but it was in the month of October! He stayed for an hour and a few min, and we went over a few things!, like why did i need him to help me and what would he be teaching me. He signed my project packet. Somehting that i forgot to do many times when i ran across two wonderful trainers!
The next time me and Chris decided to box together something came up or my dad would say i told him too late! so for weeks i was not getting any time with him at all. Then the holidays came around and he's not from Athens sooo yes he had to leave town! so i was like crap i thought that i had lost him like the other two, but by him being friends with Alie i would always see him around. I really thank God that i didnt have to because he called me and was like were going to meet on Friday i was like yaye!!! Then like he had this test and like he really wanted to study so i was like sure don't let me stop you! Then he called me back and was like Jessica i'm not the type of guy to break a promise so he offered to pick me up from work at 2pm so that we could do what we had to do on Friday. I was sooo happy that he was being very grown up about it! So he did as he said and he was out there at two. I was sooo happy! I brought my sweat pants, pumas, and hair band! it was on! Before we went to his house we went to a few places like some health food store and he bought him a few things! O yeah I wasnt the only one with him he had a friend with him and our friend Alie. We all had a wonderful time! We went to Rasin Kane because he wanted ketchup and since he's my coach he made me go get it ha ha ha! i wasn't forced it was very funny! So we dropped his friend off at his house then we, went to Chris house and got started! He has a cat named Marmalaid. You know like the engalish use on their toast! I don't like cats but his cat wasn't no problem at all! it was a pretty orange and blonde cat. The colors very cute!
We went outside to exercise <> Chris had repeated this so many time we warmed up for a very long time. He caught on that i'm a retired cheerleader lol because of the way i moved! The warm ups had me sooo ready to get started! We did this warm up where you would like; press up against the wall and twist from side to side! i loved that technique it felt so good. Then we went inside and i learned how to wrap my hands before putting on my glooves that was fun and easy. Chris made me use my weakess arm and that's my left arm, but now it's very strong & i know how to use it now! We hit the bag a few times and did a few types of foot work and stance control. Since this is some waht of a new style of fighting to me i didnt always do things right! Like when you box your head must be down, me being me couldnt keep my head down, so he made me hold an apple under my chin until i got the picture. Over all that's just a few things we did look at my slide show to see full details!
